Step 6: Check the wallet figure in the top bar before you touch anything. Two seconds of looking at the balance is the cheapest habit in this guide. It tells you instantly whether a withdrawal landed, whether a bonus was credited, and whether you are in the account you thought you were in.

When the login fails

Almost every failed sign-in falls into one of six buckets, and the fix is different for each.

Resetting a forgotten password

The reset link sits directly under the password field. It asks for the registered mobile number, sends a code, and then lets you set a new password on the same screen. Two practical notes. First, the reset code and the login code are different things and arrive from the same sender, so use the newest message. Second, set a password you have never used for a bank, a UPI app or an email account. The lobby password is a low-value credential protecting a real-money balance, which is exactly the combination attackers look for.

If the reset itself fails because the number no longer receives SMS, you are into a support ticket, and support will ask for proof that the account is yours.
